All Recorders and Cameras must be factory defaulted after FW upgrades. Failure to due so will result in failures and repair fees. All Upgrades must be done on-site or over a remote desktop to a LAN connection (Not through Wifi, remote or through VPN). Failure to do so can result in units bricking which will void advanced replacement warranty. Any upgrades done without tech support and result in brick or glitched units will not be covered under advance replacement warranty. Warranty will be ship to repair instead. Thank you.
